✔️ Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur extra charges.

CANCELLATION POLICY
✔️ Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled check-in without any charges.
✔️ Late cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will incur a charge equivalent to one night’s stay.
✔️ No-show guests will be charged the full booking amount.
✔️ Early departures are non-refundable; charges will apply for the remaining nights unless otherwise approved.
✔️ Modifications to booking dates or guest details are subject to availability and prior approval.
✔️ Non-refundable bookings will not be eligible for any refund under any circumstances.
✔️ Guests are advised to reconfirm reservations and cancellation timelines to avoid unexpected charges.
HOUSE RULES
✔️ Maintain cleanliness in rooms and common areas; housekeeping is available upon request.
✔️ Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM to ensure peaceful stays.
✔️ Visitors are permitted only with prior approval from the front desk.
✔️ Outside food is not allowed inside rooms; dining areas are available for meals.
✔️ Guests are responsible for any damages caused to property, furniture, or fixtures.
✔️ Use of shared spaces like lounge, garden, and verandas should be respectful to all guests.
✔️ Professional and courteous behavior is expected; harassment or disruptive conduct is strictly prohibited.
✔️ Flammable materials, firearms, or illegal substances are strictly prohibited on premises for safety reasons.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
✔️ Booking confirmation is valid only after full payment or deposit as per the selected tariff plan.
✔️ Room tariffs are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise; additional charges may apply for extra services.
✔️ Payment methods accepted include credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking; cash payments are also accepted on arrival.
✔️ Force majeure events such as natural disasters, political unrest, or pandemics may lead to unavoidable cancellations or rescheduling.
✔️ Guests are liable for any personal injury or loss caused due to negligence or non-compliance with rules.
✔️ The management reserves the right of admission and may refuse service to guests violating rules or local laws.
✔️ Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days after confirmation of eligibility.
