Hotel Rules:

Guests must present a valid government-issued ID or passport at check-in.
Only registered guests are allowed in guest rooms.
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
Any illegal activity or violation of Nepalese law will result in immediate removal and reporting to authorities.
No parties or loud gatherings allowed without prior management approval.
Hotel reserves the right to refuse service to any guest behaving inappropriately.

Cancellation Policies:

Free cancellation available for refundable bookings up to 72 hours (3 days) before check-in.
Cancellations made between 48–72 hours before arrival will be charged 50% of the booking amount.
Full booking amount will be charged for cancellations made within 48 hours or in case of no-show.
Non-refundable bookings or promotional rates cannot be canceled or modified.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days; bank charges are not covered by the hotel.

Check-out time: Before 12:00 PM (noon)
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur extra charges.
Children of all ages are welcome; children 11+ are charged as adults.
