HOTEL RULES
✔️ Check-in at 1:00 PM and check-out at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
✔️ All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of arrival. Local regulations in Assam require all visitors to register at the front desk.
✔️ Room occupancy is limited to the number of guests included in the booking. Extra guests are permitted only with prior approval.
✔️ Children are welcome; however, parents are responsible for their supervision throughout the property.
✔️ Smoking is strictly prohibited inside rooms and corridors, with designated smoking spaces available outside.
✔️ Pets are not allowed for safety and hygiene reasons.
✔️ On-site parking is available for registered guests, but the hotel is not liable for vehicle damage or loss.
✔️ Alcohol consumption is permitted only inside guest rooms, maintaining responsible behavior at all times.
✔️ Guests must maintain peaceful conduct, especially considering the location’s proximity to residential zones in Tinsukia.
✔️ Any act that compromises safety, security, or local regulations may lead to immediate cancellation of the stay.
✔️ Guests are requested to follow hotel staff instructions during emergencies or maintenance procedures.
CANCELLATION POLICY
✔️ Guests can enjoy free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in.
✔️ Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will incur a 50% retention charge.
✔️ In case of a no-show, the full booking amount will be charged as per hotel policy.
✔️ Early departures are treated as partial cancellations, and no refunds are applicable for unused nights.
✔️ Reservation modifications are subject to room availability and prevailing rates at the time of change.
✔️ Bookings under promotional rates, last-minute deals, or special packages are non-refundable and cannot be modified once confirmed.
HOUSE RULES
✔️ Guests are requested to keep rooms clean and handle property items with care.
✔️ Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests.
✔️ Visitors are allowed only in the lobby or designated common areas; entry into guest rooms is restricted without prior approval.
✔️ Outside food is permitted; however, guests must maintain cleanliness and avoid strong odors that may disturb others.
✔️ Any accidental or intentional damage to hotel property will be charged to the guest.
✔️ Common areas like the lobby, corridors, and lounge must be used responsibly, ensuring no disturbance to others.
✔️ Offensive behavior, loud gatherings, or activities affecting guest comfort are not allowed.
✔️ Hazardous items, weapons, and flammable substances are strictly prohibited for safety reasons.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
✔️ All bookings at Hotel Hollong are confirmed only after receipt of valid details and payment as per the selected plan.
✔️ Room tariffs are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be charged as per government regulations.
✔️ The hotel accepts digital payments, cards, and cash, with invoices provided at check-out.
✔️ In case of natural calamities, strikes, or unavoidable conditions (force majeure), the hotel reserves the right to modify or cancel reservations.
✔️ Guests are responsible for personal belongings; the hotel is not liable for loss due to negligence.
✔️ The management reserves the right of admission and may refuse entry to individuals violating safety norms or engaging in inappropriate conduct.
✔️ Refunds, wherever applicable, follow the hotel’s standard processing timeline and are issued only to the original payment method.
✔️ Any illegal activities, misconduct, or disturbance to other guests will result in immediate eviction without refund.
✔️ Extended stays are subject to room availability and updated tariff structures.
✔️ By completing a booking, guests agree to abide by all hotel rules, policies, and local regulations.
