Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur extra charges.
Guests must present a valid ID or passport at the time of check-in.
The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation in case of invalid or incomplete documents.

❌ Cancellation & Refund Policy

Free cancellation if canceled 72 hours before arrival date.
Cancellations made within 72 to 24 hours of arrival will be charged 50% of the first night.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival or no-shows will be charged 100% of the first night.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Smoking is not allowed inside rooms. Designated smoking areas are available.
Pets are not permitted inside the property.
Parties, loud music, or events are not allowed in guest rooms without prior approval.
Guests are responsible for their belongings. The hotel is not liable for lost valuables.
Any damage to hotel property caused by the guest will be chargeable.
Children under 6 years stay free when sharing existing beds.
