✅ General Hotel Rules:

Check-in time: From 10:00 AM 
Check-out time: Before 11:00 PM
Early check-in / late check-out is subject to room availability and may incur extra charges.
Valid ID or passport is required at the time of check-in for all guests.
Children below 6 years stay free of charge when using existing beds (1 child per room).
Extra beds are available on request and may have additional cost.
Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms. Designated smoking areas are provided.
Outside food or alcohol is not permitted in guest rooms without prior approval.

❌ Cancellation Policy:

Free cancellation if done 48 hours before check-in date.
50% of booking charge for cancellations made 24–48 hours before check-in.
100% charge (no refund) for same-day cancellations or no-shows.
Group bookings (3+ rooms) must cancel at least 5 days in advance to avoid charges.
Any refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 working days.

Respect other guests – No loud music or disruptive behavior.
Quiet hours: From 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM
No parties or gatherings allowed in the rooms.
Pets are not allowed unless approved by management in advance.
Damaging property will result in repair or replacement charges.
Turn off lights, fans, and water taps when not in use.
Keep personal belongings safe. Use lockers or request reception for safekeeping.

The hotel reserves the right to cancel any booking due to unforeseen circumstances.
Hotel is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items. Guests must secure valuables.
Any guest found involved in illegal activities will be reported to local authorities and asked to leave immediately.
