HOTEL RULES
Hotel Kalita Palace warmly welcomes guests to experience a comfortable and memorable stay in the historic town of Sibsagar, Assam.
✔️ Check-in time is from 12:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
✔️ All guests must present a valid government-approved photo ID at arrival for verification.
✔️ Rooms are allocated strictly according to maximum occupancy limits, including children. Children below the permitted age may stay complimentary when sharing existing bedding.
✔️ Smoking is allowed only in designated areas; smoking inside rooms is prohibited to maintain comfort and hygiene.
✔️ Pets are currently not allowed.
✔️ Complimentary parking is available for in-house guests; however, the hotel is not responsible for loss or damage to vehicles.
✔️ Consumption of alcohol is permitted inside rooms, provided behaviour remains respectful and non-disturbing.
✔️ Guests are expected to maintain general decorum, adhere to safety guidelines, and cooperate with the staff.
✔️ Activities that disturb other guests or violate local regulations of Sibsagar are strictly prohibited. The hotel reserves the right to take necessary action in case of misconduct.
CANCELLATION POLICY

✔️ Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a late-cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s tariff.
✔️ No-show bookings are charged the full amount for the first night and the remaining stay is released.
✔️ In case of early departure, charges for the unused nights may apply according to the booking terms.
✔️ Reservation modifications are subject to availability and may result in rate changes.
✔️ Discounted, promotional, or non-refundable bookings are not eligible for cancellation or refund under any circumstance.
