Early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability and may include extra charges.

Payment can be made in cash, debit/credit card, or online transfer (where applicable).

✅ Cancellation & Refund Policy

Free cancellation if done 7 days prior to arrival date.
Cancellation made within 3–6 days before check-in: 50% of total booking amount will be charged.
Cancellation made within 48 hours before check-in or no-show: 100% of booking amount will be charged.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms. Designated smoking areas are available.
Outside food and drinks are generally not permitted in guest rooms.
Pets are not allowed unless confirmed by hotel management in advance.
