General Rules:

Check-out time: 11:00 AM

Foreign nationals must present a valid passport and visa.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may be chargeable.
Room tariffs are inclusive of accommodation only, unless stated otherwise.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas.

Cancellation Policy:

Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in date.
50% cancellation charge if cancelled between 3–6 days before arrival.
No refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in or for no-shows.
In case of early check-out, no refunds will be issued.
All cancellation requests must be made via email or phone with booking details.

Maintain silence in hallways and shared spaces after 10:00 PM.
