General Rules:

Check-in time: 12:00 PM | Check-out time: 11:00 AM
Guests must present valid government ID proof (Aadhaar, Passport, Driver's License, etc.) at check-in.
Only registered guests are allowed in the rooms.
Smoking is prohibited in non-smoking rooms and common indoor areas.
Pets are not allowed unless specifically approved in advance.
Noise must be kept low after 10:00 PM to respect other guests.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property.
Hotel reserves the right to deny check-in to guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Visitors are not allowed in rooms after 9:00 PM.
Children under 5 years stay free of charge using existing bedding.

Cancellation Policy:

Free cancellation if canceled at least 48 hours before check-in date.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will be charged one night’s stay.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the booking amount.
Early departures are non-refundable after check-in.
For group bookings or peak season (festivals, holidays), custom cancellation rules may apply.
Refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Keep the room key safe; loss of key may incur a replacement charge.
