Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability and may incur extra charges.
Valid government-issued ID or passport is required for all guests at check-in.
Guests must settle all dues at the time of check-out.
The hotel reserves the right to refuse service to anyone not complying with rules.

? Cancellation & Refund Policy

Flexible Rate Bookings
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will be charged one night’s stay.
Non-Refundable Bookings
No refund will be provided in case of cancellation, modification, or no-show.
No-Show Policy
If a guest does not arrive without notice, the booking will be charged in full.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days.

? House Rules

Smoking is not permitted inside rooms. Designated smoking areas are available.
Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to ensure guest comfort.
Parties, loud music, or disruptive behavior are not allowed without prior approval.
Children must be supervised by parents/guardians at all times.
Use of hotel property should be with care. Damages will be charged to the guest.

? Terms & Conditions

Room tariffs include accommodation and applicable taxes but exclude meals unless otherwise stated.
Extra bed charges: NPR equivalent of AUD 30 (approx. ₹1,650 INR) per night.
Children (6–10 years): NPR equivalent of AUD 20 (approx. ₹1,100 INR) per night.
Children under 5 years stay free using existing bedding.
Guests are responsible for their own belongings; the hotel is not liable for loss/theft.
Unregistered visitors are not allowed in guest rooms after 10:00 PM.
The hotel reserves the right to amend policies and tariffs without prior notice.
Any illegal activity will be reported to the authorities, and the stay will be terminated immediately.
All disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Kathmandu, Nepal courts.
By confirming the reservation, guests agree to abide by all hotel policies.
