At Jironi Resort, Tezpur, Assam, we strive to offer a comfortable and memorable stay for every guest. ✔️ Check-in is available from 12:00 PM and check-out is required by 11:00 AM; early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may attract additional charges.

✔️ A valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory for all staying guests.

✔️ Rooms must be occupied within their designated capacity, and extra guests will incur applicable charges.

✔️ Children are welcome, and child-specific tariffs apply as per age and bedding requirements.

✔️ Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas to maintain a fresh environment for all guests.

✔️ Pets are not allowed within the resort premises.

✔️ Complimentary parking is available for all staying guests on a first-come basis.

✔️ Alcohol consumption is permitted within guest rooms and designated areas; irresponsible behaviour under the influence is strictly prohibited.

✔️ Guests are expected to maintain decorum, avoid loud disturbances, and follow safety guidelines, especially given the resort’s lush natural surroundings and proximity to local wildlife zones.

✔️ Any behaviour that compromises safety, comfort, or property may lead to immediate eviction without refund.

✔️ CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the arrival date are eligible for free cancellation at Jironi Resort. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will incur a charge equivalent to one night’s tariff. In the case of a no-show, the full booking amount will be charged with no refund. Early departure after check-in will be treated as a used stay and no partial refund will be provided. Booking modifications are subject to availability and current rates at the time of change. Special promotional rates, last-minute offers, and non-refundable bookings are not eligible for cancellation or date amendments under any circumstances.

To ensure a pleasant environment for all guests, Jironi Resort maintains a set of simple house rules. ✔️ Guests are requested to keep rooms and common areas clean and handle all property with care.

✔️ Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to respect the natural serenity of Tezpur’s surroundings.

✔️ Visitors may be allowed in lobby areas but not in guest rooms for safety and privacy reasons.

✔️ Outside food is generally discouraged to maintain hygiene; our kitchen team is happy to cater to dietary needs.

✔️ Any damages caused by the guest will be chargeable as per repair or replacement cost.

✔️ Guests are encouraged to use common areas responsibly and avoid littering.

✔️ Weapons, hazardous materials, and any prohibited items are strictly disallowed within the property.

✔️ TERMS & CONDITIONS

A reservation at Jironi Resort signifies acceptance of all resort policies.

✔️ Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of valid guest details and required payment where applicable.

✔️ Tariffs are subject to government taxes, and final billing will reflect prevailing rates at check-in.

✔️ We accept major digital and card payment modes; cash is also accepted.

✔️ In events beyond control such as natural calamities, strikes, or government restrictions, the resort will not be held liable for cancellations or interruptions.

✔️ Guests are responsible for their personal belongings, conduct, and any damages caused during their stay.

✔️ The resort reserves the right of admission and may refuse or cancel a booking if necessary for safety or operational reasons.

✔️ Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within the resort’s standard timeline after verification.

✔️ Illegal activities, misuse of property, or behaviour disturbing other guests may lead to immediate cancellation of stay.

✔️ Extended stays are subject to availability and applicable updated tariffs.
