✔️ Pets are not allowed on the premises to maintain hygiene and comfort for all guests.
✔️ Complimentary parking is available on-site; vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk.
✔️ Consumption of alcohol is permitted only in designated areas and as per local regulations.
✔️ Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
✔️ Guests are expected to maintain decorum, respect other visitors, and follow safety guidelines.

✔️ Odyssey Stays Jowai - West Jaintia Hills is located in a serene hilly area; please drive cautiously and respect local wildlife.
CANCELLATION POLICY
✔️ Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled check-in date.
✔️ Late cancellations within 48 hours of check-in may incur one night’s room charge.
✔️ No-shows are charged the full stay amount.
✔️ Early departures are non-refundable for unused nights unless otherwise approved.
✔️ Guests may modify their booking subject to availability; any additional charges will apply.
✔️ Non-refundable bookings cannot be canceled or modified, and payments will not be returned under any circumstances.
HOUSE RULES
✔️ Guests must maintain cleanliness in rooms and common areas at all times.
✔️ Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM to ensure restful stays.
✔️ Visitors are allowed only in designated areas; overnight visitors are not permitted.
✔️ Outside food and beverages are not allowed inside rooms or dining areas.
✔️ Any damages caused to property or furnishings must be reported immediately; repair costs will be charged to the guest.
✔️ Common areas must be used respectfully without disturbing other guests.
✔️ Guests are expected to exhibit courteous and safe behavior at all times.
✔️ Hazardous items, flammable materials, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited on premises.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
✔️ Booking confirmation is subject to payment and availability at the time of reservation.
✔️ Room tariffs are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
✔️ Payments can be made via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or cash at the property.
✔️ Odyssey Stays is not liable for events caused by force majeure including natural disasters or government restrictions.
✔️ Guests are responsible for personal belongings and valuables; the hotel is not liable for loss or theft.
✔️ The management reserves the right of admission and may refuse service for inappropriate behavior.
✔️ Refunds are processed as per the cancellation policy and may take up to 7 business days.
✔️ Illegal activities such as substance abuse or unauthorized commercial activity are strictly prohibited.
✔️ Extended stays may require advance approval and additional charges will apply.
