Check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may attract extra charges.
Only registered guests are allowed inside the rooms.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside rooms and indoor areas.
Pets are not allowed unless approved by the management in advance.
Damage to property, furniture, or facilities will be charged to the guest.
Loud music or disturbances after 10:00 PM are not permitted.
Guests must follow all safety guidelines and cooperate with resort staff.
Management reserves the right to deny entry or cancel a booking for safety or security reasons.

✅ Cancellation Policies

Free cancellation up to 72 hours before the check-in date.
50% charge for cancellations made 48–72 hours before check-in.
100% charge for cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in or no-show.
No refund for early check-out once the stay has begun.
Date changes are allowed once, subject to availability and applicable rates.
Group bookings (5 rooms or more) follow separate cancellation rules.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days.
