✔️ Children are welcome; however, adult supervision is required at all times.

✔️ Guests may enjoy free cancellation up to 48 hours before the check-in date.
✔️ Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will be charged one night’s tariff.
✔️ In case of a no-show, the full booking amount will be charged and the reservation will be released.
✔️ Early departure after check-in will be treated as a partial cancellation and no refund will be applicable.
✔️ Booking modifications are subject to rate changes and availability at the time of request.
✔️ Special promotions, discounted rates, and advance purchase plans may be non-refundable and non-modifiable.
✔️ All refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within the standard settlement period.

✔️ Guests are expected to maintain cleanliness within the room and common areas.
✔️ Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all.
✔️ Visitors are allowed in the lobby and designated areas only; entry to guest rooms is restricted after 8:00 PM.
✔️ Outside food is allowed, but the hotel is not responsible for its storage or reheating.
✔️ Any damage to property, intentional or accidental, will be chargeable to the guest.
✔️ Guests may use lounges, corridors, and other common areas responsibly without causing inconvenience to others.
✔️ Respectful behaviour towards guests and staff is mandatory.
✔️ Prohibited items such as explosives, hazardous materials, or illegal substances are strictly banned.
✔️ For everyone’s safety, please follow fire safety rules and avoid tampering with hotel equipment.

✔️ A booking at SAUBHAGYA RESIDENCY is considered confirmed only after receipt of advance payment or formal reservation voucher.
✔️ All tariffs are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be added as per government regulations.
✔️ We accept payments via cash, card, and approved digital modes.
✔️ The hotel is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by force majeure, including natural disasters or unforeseen events.
✔️ Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and any liability arising from misuse of hotel property.
