HOTEL RULES
At The ROYAL CROWN, Tinsukia, we aim to provide a safe, comfortable, and memorable stay for every guest.
✔️ Check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability and may incur additional charges.
✔️ All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in. For international travellers, a passport and visa are mandatory.
✔️ Room occupancy limits must be respected; additional guests require prior approval.
✔️ Children of all ages are welcome, though families are requested to ensure supervision at all times.
✔️ Smoking is prohibited inside rooms and enclosed areas. A designated smoking zone is available.
✔️ Pets are not allowed within the hotel premises.
✔️ Complimentary parking is available for registered guests on a first-come basis.
✔️ Consumption of alcohol is permitted within rooms but not in public areas unless specified.
✔️ Guests are expected to maintain decorum, avoid loud activities, and respect staff and other guests.
✔️ Safety protocols must be followed, especially considering Tinsukia’s local climate, transportation routes, and travel conditions.
The ROYAL CROWN reserves the right to deny services to guests violating hotel rules or engaging in disruptive behaviour.
CANCELLATION POLICY
✔️ Guests can enjoy free cancellation up to 48 hours before the check-in date.
✔️ Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will incur a charge equivalent to one night’s tariff.
✔️ In case of no-show, the full booking amount will be charged with no refund.
✔️ Early departure after check-in will be treated as partial cancellation, and remaining nights will be billed.
✔️ Date modifications are subject to availability and current rates at the time of change.
✔️ Bookings under promotional or discounted plans may be non-refundable.
✔️ All refunds will be processed through the original payment method within the hotel’s standard timelines.
HOUSE RULES
✔️ Guests are requested to maintain cleanliness within rooms and common spaces during their stay.
✔️ Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment.
✔️ Visitors may be allowed during designated hours but are not permitted to stay overnight without registration.
✔️ Outside food is permitted; however, strong-odour items and bulk deliveries are discouraged to maintain hygiene.
✔️ Any damages to hotel property, whether intentional or accidental, will be chargeable at replacement value.
✔️ Guests may use common areas respectfully without causing disturbance or inconvenience to others.
✔️ Unruly behaviour, harassment, or activities that compromise safety are strictly prohibited.
✔️ The use of hazardous items such as explosives, open flames, or illegal substances is not allowed on the premises.
✔️ The hotel requests guests to follow safety protocols and staff instructions at all times.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
✔️ A reservation at The ROYAL CROWN, Tinsukia is considered confirmed only after receiving valid booking details and advance payment where applicable.
✔️ Room tariffs are subject to applicable state taxes and government regulations.
✔️ Payments can be made through accepted digital modes, cards, or cash at check-in or check-out.
✔️ The hotel is not responsible for delays or disruptions caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, strikes, or transportation issues.
✔️ Guests are liable for their conduct and responsible for any loss or damage caused during their stay.
✔️ The hotel reserves the right of admission and may refuse service to individuals engaging in unsafe or unlawful activities.
✔️ Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within the standard policy timeframe.
✔️ Illegal activities, including possession of restricted items, are strictly prohibited and will be reported to authorities.
✔️ Extended stays are subject to room availability and updated tariffs.
✔️ By checking in, guests acknowledge and accept all hotel policies, rules, and conditions.
