✅ General Rules

Standard check-in time: 2:00 PM, check-out time: 12:00 PM.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and extra charges.
Guests must present a valid passport or government-issued ID upon check-in.
All reservations must be confirmed with a valid payment method.
Lost room keys or keycards may incur replacement charges.

✅ Cancellation Policies

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in for standard bookings.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will be charged one night’s stay.
No-shows will be charged the first night’s full rate.
Group bookings (3+ rooms) require at least 7 days’ advance notice for free cancellation.
Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after confirmation.

✅ House Rules

Smoking is prohibited inside rooms; designated outdoor smoking areas are available.
Pets are not allowed, unless approved in advance by management.
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM for guest comfort.
Visitors must register at reception before entering guest rooms.
Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay.
Children must be supervised by parents/guardians at all times.

✅ Terms & Conditions

All rates are quoted in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) and may include applicable taxes.
Extra bed charge: NPR 2000 per night.
Children under 5 years stay free when sharing a bed with parents.
Children aged 6–10 years are charged NPR 1000 per night when using existing bedding.
The hotel is not responsible for lost valuables; use in-room safes when available.
Illegal activities including use of banned substances are strictly prohibited.
Management reserves the right to refuse service to guests violating hotel policies.
By confirming a booking, guests accept all rules, policies, and terms & conditions.
