Check-out time: before 12:00 PM (noon)
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur extra charges.
A valid government-issued photo ID or passport is required at check-in.
Room rates are exclusive of applicable taxes and service charges.
All bookings must be guaranteed with a valid payment method.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Free cancellation up to 72 hours before arrival.
Cancellations made within 72–24 hours of arrival will be charged 50% of the booking amount.
Cancellations within 24 hours of arrival or no-shows will be charged 100% of the booking amount.
In case of early departure, no refund will be provided for unused nights.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days.

House Rules

Smoking is not allowed inside rooms. Designated smoking areas are available.
Pets are not allowed, unless specified during booking confirmation.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment.
Visitors are allowed in the lobby and restaurant areas only, not in guest rooms.
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The hotel is not liable for loss or theft.
Any damage to property caused by guests will be charged to the guest’s account.
Use of illegal substances or disruptive behavior will result in immediate cancellation of stay without refund.

Children & Extra Beds:
Children below 6 years stay free when sharing bed with parents.
Children 6–10 years are charged at discounted rates for extra beds.
Extra beds are available at an additional cost (subject to availability).
Payment Policy: Full payment is required at check-in. Accepted methods: cash, credit/debit cards, or online transfer.
Force Majeure: The hotel is not liable for cancellations or changes due to natural disasters, strikes, government regulations, or unforeseen circumstances.
Liability: The hotel is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss during the guest’s stay.
Amendments: The hotel reserves the right to amend these policies without prior notice.
