HOTEL RULES
✔️ Check-in time is from 1:00 PM and check-out time is until 11:00 AM to ensure smooth room readiness.
✔️ All guests must present valid government-issued photo identification at check-in as per local regulations.
✔️ Room occupancy is strictly limited to the number of guests confirmed at booking for safety and comfort.
✔️ Children are welcome at Yutran Inn; however extra bedding or amenities may incur additional charges.
✔️ Smoking is strictly prohibited inside rooms and indoor areas; designated outdoor smoking spaces may be used.
✔️ Pets are not permitted to maintain hygiene and guest comfort.
✔️ Limited on-site parking is available and subject to availability; vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk.
✔️ Consumption of alcohol is permitted only within private rooms and must comply with Meghalaya laws.
✔️ Early check-in or late check-out may be provided subject to availability and additional charges.
✔️ Guests are expected to respect local customs of Jowai and maintain responsible conduct.
✔️ Any unsafe behavior or violation of rules may result in immediate action for guest safety.

CANCELLATION POLICY
✔️ Free cancellation is allowed up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled check-in date.
✔️ Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival may attract a one-night retention charge.
✔️ No-shows will be charged the full booking amount without exception.
✔️ Early departures are non-refundable for unused nights once check-in is completed.
✔️ Booking modifications are subject to availability and prevailing tariff differences.
✔️ Certain promotional or discounted bookings are strictly non-refundable and non-amendable.
✔️ Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within standard banking timelines.

HOUSE RULES
● Guests are requested to maintain cleanliness within rooms and common areas at all times.
● Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM for guest comfort.
● Outside visitors are not allowed inside guest rooms without prior approval from management.
● Outside food is discouraged except for medical or dietary reasons.
● Any damage to hotel property will be charged to the guest responsible.
● Common areas should be used respectfully and shared courteously with other guests.
● Disorderly behavior or disturbance to other guests is strictly prohibited.
● Hazardous items illegal substances or weapons are not allowed on the premises.

► Room tariffs are subject to applicable taxes as per government regulations.
► Accepted payment methods include cash and authorized digital payment modes.
► The hotel is not liable for disruptions caused by natural events strikes or force majeure situations.
► Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during their stay.
► Management reserves the right of admission and eviction without prior notice in case of misconduct.
► Refunds are processed as per the applicable cancellation policy only.
► Illegal activities are strictly prohibited and may be reported to local authorities.
► Extended stays are subject to rate revision and room availability.
